AI visibility and automation infrastructure for serious agents and loan officers

Build the business AI can find, trust, and recommend.

The Infrastructure Agent helps serious real estate agents and mortgage loan officers prepare for the next era of search by improving AI visibility, strengthening online authority, and building practical systems that keep the business moving when they are busy with clients. There is more than one way in — start free, build it with a small group, or have it built with you.

The ladder

One system, three ways in.

The work is the same body of infrastructure either way. What changes is how much you build yourself and how much we build with you. Pricing and fit are reviewed after the free scan.

Tier 1 · Start free

Scan, workshops, and speaking

The front door. A free AI Visibility Scan shows where you stand, and live workshops or a keynote get a team, brokerage, or mortgage branch moving together. Built to start the work, not to be the whole answer.

Tier 2 · The Program

The working sprint

A small-group implementation sprint for agents and loan officers who want to build the foundation themselves with guidance. Working sessions, scan-driven priorities, templates, and a member dashboard. You ship as you go.

Tier 3 · Buildout

Infrastructure Buildout and partnership

For producers who want it built rather than taught. We deploy the systems with you, on your accounts, and stay on to monitor and improve. Done with you, on your accounts, you keep the keys.

The shift

Clients and referral partners are starting to ask AI who they should trust.

Buyers, sellers, borrowers, and referral partners are no longer only searching Google and clicking the first few blue links. They are asking AI tools for guidance on agents, loan officers, neighborhoods, niches, financing questions, and local real estate decisions.

What most agents still have

  • Unclear websites
  • Inconsistent profile information
  • Underused reviews
  • Content that is not built for answers
  • Follow-up that depends on being available every minute

What the next market rewards

  • A clear professional entity
  • Consistent local authority signals
  • Content that answers real client questions
  • Practical lead response workflows
  • Referral partner and borrower education workflows
  • Monitoring that shows what to improve next
Not another prompt course

The infrastructure your business needs next.

The program focuses on the systems that help agents and loan officers get found, build trust, respond faster, stay organized, and make better decisions with AI-supported workflows.

AI visibility

Be easier to understand

Create a clearer online presence so search engines and AI systems can better understand who you are, where you work, who you help, and why clients should trust you.

Local authority

Strengthen trust signals

Improve how your Google profile, reviews, social proof, and profiles support local discovery and credibility.

Automation

Protect opportunities

Build practical workflows for leads, missed calls, follow-up, reviews, content, dashboards, referrals, borrower education, and client-service systems.

Tier 2 · The Program

The working sprint. Small by design, built around implementation.

The Program is the working sprint at the center of the ladder. Applications for the founding cohort open July 7, 2026 with kickoff the week of July 14 after fit review. Cohort 1 is capped at 10 accepted members so the work stays practical. The format is a 12-week cohort window: an 8-week core implementation path plus a 4-week implementation and monitoring window, with working sessions, scan-driven priorities, templates, checklists, and a member dashboard preview. Pricing and fit are reviewed after the free scan so we do not push the wrong program on the wrong business. Agents and loan officers run parallel tracks inside the same sprint.

  • Applications open: July 7, 2026
  • Kickoff: week of July 14 after fit review
  • Cohort size: 10 accepted members max
  • Format: 12-week cohort (8-week core + 4-week implementation)
  • Best fit: agents and loan officers who will actually ship
Framework

The 8-part Infrastructure Agent framework.

The public page gives the map. The sprint teaches the implementation, templates, workflows, and decision rules inside the program. Agents and loan officers run parallel tracks through the same framework, because the underlying infrastructure is the same. Each step below has an agent path and a loan-officer path, so the work fits how you actually operate.

Dashboard

Two role-specific add-ons run alongside the core framework for producers who want them:

  • CMA Add-On — pricing-defense and valuation-conversation workflows for listings and buyers.
  • Field Operations Bonus — high-velocity field-day planning for producing agents and loan officers.
Two tracks, one framework

Built for agents and loan officers, side by side.

The infrastructure is the same. How it shows up in your day is not. Each track runs the same eight-part framework against the questions, partners, and follow-up that define your role.

Agent track

  • Be the named answer when buyers and sellers ask AI who to work with in your market
  • Clear professional entity, niche, and service area across your site and profiles
  • Listing, showing, and client-service workflows that protect a busy schedule
  • Reviews and local authority that compound your reputation
  • A dashboard that shows visibility, leads, and what to improve next

Loan officer track

  • Be the named answer when borrowers and agents ask AI for a lender they can trust
  • Clear entity and specialty across your site, profiles, and reviews
  • Borrower education content built around the questions people actually ask
  • Referral partner systems that keep agent relationships warm and organized
  • Lead and borrower follow-up that responds fast without you watching the phone
Tier 3 · Infrastructure Buildout

When you would rather have it built than taught.

The sprint teaches you to build the foundation yourself. The Buildout is for producers who want the systems deployed with them and kept running. We work on your accounts, you keep the keys, and we stay on to monitor and improve. Done with you, not done to you.

Visibility

AI visibility audits

A full read of how the major AI engines see you today, the named queries that matter in your market, and where the citation gaps are.

Foundation

Schema and AEO deployment

The structured data and answer-ready content that let engines identify you without ambiguity, deployed and aligned to what is actually on your pages.

Local

Google profile and review systems

A stronger Google Business Profile and a steady, compliant review habit, set up as a system rather than a one-time push.

Response

Lead triage and follow-up automation

Practical workflows that catch, route, and follow up with leads and borrowers so the visibility you earn does not leak out through a slow or missed response.

Reporting

Reporting dashboard

A single view of visibility, reviews, leads, and content progress, so you can see what is working and what to do next instead of guessing.

Ongoing

Monitoring and partnership

AI visibility drifts if no one tends it. An ongoing partnership keeps the systems monitored, maintained, and improving as the engines change.

How access works

Everything is built on your accounts, with secure, least-privilege access that is removed when the engagement ends. You own the systems, the assets, and the keys. Pricing and fit for a Buildout and ongoing partnership are reviewed after the free scan.

This is not theory. The program comes from systems built inside an active real estate business, including AI visibility work, lead-response workflows, review systems, listing and showing assets, referral partner follow-up, borrower-style education content, and reporting dashboards.

Listing and showing workflows

Better client experience

Learn how to think through listing, showing, video, and PDF follow-up assets that create a more professional client experience.

Lead protection

Busy-agent safety net

Create workflows for appointments, showings, travel, missed calls, and follow-up without relying on risky blind automation.

Stay-ahead rhythm

Know what to improve

Use dashboards and monitoring to understand what is working, what is slipping, and where to focus next.
