The Infrastructure Agent Founding Cohort is a paid coaching program. This page explains how refunds work for cohort payments made through this site.
7-day review window
You have 7 days from the date of your first cohort payment to request a full refund, no questions asked, as long as you have not attended a scheduled group call or downloaded more than the Module 0 (Orientation) materials.
To request a refund inside the 7-day review window, email chris@theinfrastructureagent.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
After the review window
After the 7-day review window closes — or after you have attended a scheduled group call or accessed paid course modules beyond Module 0 — the program is non-refundable. This is standard for cohort-based coaching programs where seats are limited and delivery has begun.
Exceptions:
- Medical or emergency hardship. If a documented medical, family, or emergency hardship prevents you from participating, contact chris@theinfrastructureagent.com. We will discuss deferring your seat to a future cohort or issuing a prorated refund at our discretion.
- Payment plan cancellation. If you are on a 3-pay or 6-pay plan and cancel after the review window, you will not be charged for future installments, but past installments are non-refundable.
What refunds do not cover
- Third-party subscriptions or tools you purchased on your own (Kajabi member fees, hosting, AI subscriptions, etc.) are your responsibility and are not refundable through The Infrastructure Agent.
- Time you have already invested in your own business changes based on cohort guidance is not reimbursable.
No guaranteed results
This program teaches infrastructure, methodology, and workflows for building AI search visibility, review velocity, entity clarity, and safer client follow-up. Specific results — including but not limited to AI citations, AI recommendations, search rankings, leads generated, or revenue — are not guaranteed. No one can guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google, or any other system will recommend a specific person or company. A refund is not available on the basis of specific outcomes not materializing.
How to request a refund
Email chris@theinfrastructureagent.com with:
- Subject: “Refund request — Founding Cohort”
- The email address you used at checkout
- The date of your first payment
- A one-sentence reason (optional, but helpful)
We reply to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Attorney review pending
This refund policy is in effect for the July 7, 2026 Founding Cohort launch. It will be replaced with an attorney-reviewed version once attorney review is complete. If the attorney-reviewed version is more favorable to you as a member, that improved policy will apply retroactively to your enrollment. If it is less favorable, the version in effect at the time of your payment governs your enrollment.
